1 If using wooden skewers, soak in water 30 minutes. 2 Divide shrimp, halibut, red peppers, and onions into 4 servings. 3 Alternately, thread shrimp, halibut, red pepper, and onion onto skewers. 4 In small bowl, combine margarine, pepper, and seasoned salt. 5 Lightly coat grill with cooking spray and preheat to medium heat 5 minutes. 6 Place kabobs on grill and brush with seasoned butter. 7 Grill kabobs 4 to 7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily and vegetables are tender.
