1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2 In a small bowl, mix the mustard and honey. Place the salmon steaks in a baking dish, and coat with the mustard mixture. 3 Sprinkle with the tarragon, sliced tomato, and capers. Pour the wine in the dish, and bake for 18 to 25 minutes, or until it is done as desired.
