Ingredients
1 tbsp dijon mustard
0.5 tbsp light honey
1 lb salmon fillet , 1-inch thick (or salmon steak)
0.5 tsp tarragon, leaves, ground
1 roma tomatoes , sliced
1 tbsp capers, drained
0.25 cup white wine


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 In a small bowl, mix the mustard and honey. Place the salmon steaks in a baking dish, and coat with the mustard mixture.
3 Sprinkle with the tarragon, sliced tomato, and capers. Pour the wine in the dish, and bake for 18 to 25 minutes, or until it is done as desired.
