Ingredients
15 tbsp white all purpose flour (1 cup minus 1 Tbsp.)
0.5 tsp Baking Powder, double acting
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper , freshly ground
0.25 tsp thyme, leaves, ground
0.25 tsp marjoram, leaves, ground
0.12 tsp ground sage leaves
0.5 cup low fat buttermilk
1 tbsp vegetable oil


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2 Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper, thyme, marjoram, and sage in a medium bowl.
3 Stir in buttermilk and oil.
4 Transfer dough to a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
5 Pat into a 7-inch circle about 1/2-inch thick and bake for 15-20 minutes.
