1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2 Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper, thyme, marjoram, and sage in a medium bowl. 3 Stir in buttermilk and oil. 4 Transfer dough to a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. 5 Pat into a 7-inch circle about 1/2-inch thick and bake for 15-20 minutes.
