1 Spread refried beans in a glass deep-dish pie plate or other microwave-safe serving dish; set aside. 2 In a large bowl, stir together corn and salsa. Spoon evenly over beans. 3 Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap and microwave 5 to 6 minutes on HIGH, or until bubbly. 4 Carefully pull back plastic wrap (watch out for steam) and sprinkle cheese over the top of the dip. 5 Cover dip again with plastic wrap and let stand 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. 6 Serve with baked tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
