Ingredients
1 cup Cabbage, fresh, chopped , shredded
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
0.5 cup shredded carrots
4 oz chopped green bell peppers , chopped (1/2 cup)
0.5 cup fresh chopped red onion (sweet)
0.25 cup fresh chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped parsley , minced
0.25 cup vinegar
0.25 cup reduced fat Italian dressing
1.5 tsp Sweetener, saccharin, liquid
0.12 tsp salt
0.12 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 In a large bowl, begin by stirring well and combining the cabbages, green and red peppers, onion, and parsley. Set aside.
2 In a small jar combine the vinegar, Italian dressing, sugar substitute, salt, and pepper. Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
3 Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently.
4 Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Additional Information
Using a slotted spoon, stir the coleslaw again before serving.
