1 Mix together the squash, zucchini, garlic, oregano, and pepper. 2 Bring a kettle of water to a boil. Put the squash mixture in a steamer basket and place over the water. Steam, covered, for about 2 minutes. Drain. 3 Transfer the mixture into a bowl and toss with the oil.
