Ingredients
4 cup fresh cherry tomatoes , halved
2 tbsp fresh chives , chopped
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.25 tsp black pepper , freshly ground
1 tsp sea salt


Directions
1 Mix together tomatoes, chives, oil, and pepper. Spoon onto serving plates and season with salt. Serve at room temperature.
Additional Information
Add a coarse kosher sea salt just before serving for the added crunch.
