8 oz cream cheese , at room temperature
1 cup sour cream
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1 medium peaches , halved and thinly sliced
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh blackberries (or strawberries)
2 tbsp rum , dark (or 1/2 tsp. rum extract)
1 mint sprigs (optional, for garnish)


Directions
1 In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cinnamon. Beat until light and fluffy.
2 In a large bowl, combine the fruit and rum or rum extract, tossing lightly.
3 Place 1/3 of the fruit mixture in the bottom of a large glass serving bowl. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the fruit. Cover with 1/3 of the fruit, then the remaining cream cheese mixture. Top with the rest of the fruit.
4 If using, garnish with a sprig of mint. Chill until ready to serve.
