Ingredients
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Jam, plum (or peach)
0.5 cup peeled and sliced peaches , finely chopped
0.5 cup fresh strawberries , chopped
0.5 cup fresh diced pineapple , chopped
0.5 cup fresh plum slices , finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh chopped onion
1 whole jalapeno pepper , seeded and finely chopped
1 pinch ground cloves


Directions
1 Stir together lime juice, and plum or peach jam in a medium bowl, until smooth. Stir in pineapples, strawberries, plums, peach, red onion, clovers, and the finely chopped peppers. To blend flavors, cover and chill up to 2 hours.
Additional Information
Garnish with jalapeño pepper strips if desired and serve with baked tortilla chips.
