Ingredients
3 tbsp Salad Dressing, vinaigrette, Italian, fat free
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
0.25 tsp hot red pepper flakes
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts , cut into short, thin strips
2 tsp sesame oil , dark
2 cup Pea Pods, snow, fresh, chopped , cut diagonally in half
1 medium red bell peppers , cut into short, thin strips (or yellow bell pepper)
4 fresh green onions , 1-inch diagonally cut (about 1/2 cup)
2 tbsp fresh cilantro , minced


Directions
1 Whisk together dressing with soy sauce and pepper flakes. Toss with chicken.
2 Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Sauté snow peas and bell peppers 2 minutes.
3 Mix in chicken and sauté for 3 minutes. Sauté onions for 1 minute. Spoon mixture onto a serving platter and top with cilantro.
