Ingredients
6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 quart cold water
2 medium apples , Granny Smith (equal to 1 pound)
0.33 cup orange juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 oz fresh mint , leaves finely sliced
1 mint sprigs
1 g salt


Directions
1 In large serving bowl, mix lemon juice and water. Cut apples into thin slivers. Soak apple slivers in lemon water.
2 Drain apples in colander. Place apples back in bowl. Add orange juice and oil. Toss to mix.
3 Add salt to taste and garnish with mint leaves and sprigs.
