1 tsp olive oil
0.75 lb Pea Pods, sugar snap, fresh, whole , trimmed
0.25 cup fresh basil , coarsely chopped
0.5 tsp grated lemon rind
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp white pepper , ground


Directions
1 In large pan, heat oil over medium-high. Add sugar snap peas and sauté until tender crisp, stirring continuously, abou 3 minutes.
2 Add basil, lemon rind, salt, and pepper. Cook additional minute, stirring continuously. Serve immediately.
