Servings
Ingredients
3 large bananas , mashed
2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
0.5 seedless raisins
0.33 cup margarine , melted (trans free, if possible)
0.25 cup fat free milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
1 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl and let stand for 5 minutes so that the oats will absorb excess moisture.
3 Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute on baking sheets and then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Additional Information
When choosing bananas, avoid using ones that are over-ripe as they will have a higher carbohydrate content.
