Ingredients
1 cooking spray
6 cup Popcorn, air popped , using no oil
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp water
0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
0.12 tsp ground nutmeg
0.12 tsp ground ginger


Directions
1 Spray a non stick 13x9x2 cooking pan, and place the popcorn in the pan.
2 Stir together sugar, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in a small bowl. Drizzle over the popcorn the spice mixture. To coat toss gently. Bake for 15 minutes in a 350 degree F oven, stirring once or twice.
3 Take a large piece of foil and transfer hot popcorn onto it. Cool popcorn completely before serving.
Additional Information
Store any leftover popcorn in an air tight container.
