Servings
Ingredients
2 oz canned white tuna, packed in water, drained
3 oz fat free cream cheese
1.5 tbsp fat free sour cream
1 pinch fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Horseradish, fresh, INTL , grated
1 pinch black pepper , freshly ground
8 Greens, radicchio, fresh , rinsed and drained on paper towels
0.25 cup fresh chives , minced


Directions
1 Place tuna in a food processor and pulse to chop finely.
2 Add in the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish, and pepper. Pulse until well blended.
3 Remove from food processor and place the tuna mousse in a plastic food container. Cover and chill until ready to use.
4 When ready, use a wooden spoon to soften the mousse.
5 Place about 1 tablespoon onto the bottom of each radicchio leaf.
Additional Information
Garnish with chives and place on a serving plate.
