Ingredients
12 fresh mushrooms (med) , stems removed and chopped
1 tbsp shallots, chopped
1 tbsp crushed garlic
0.5 oz fresh basil leaves , chopped (equal to 1 tablespoon)
2 tsp oregano leaves , finely chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried)
0.5 cup orzo pasta , cooked
1 tbsp fat free cream cheese (or goat cheese)


Directions
1 For about 6 minutes, in a lightly greased medium skillet, saute chopped mushroom stems, shallot, garlic, and herbs until tender.
2 Next stir in the orzo and cream cheese.
3 In a 13x9-inch baking pan, spoon fill the mushroom caps and then cover with aluminum foil.
4 At 350 degrees F, bake for about 15 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
5 Serve warm.
Additional Information
The larger the mushroom, the easier it is to stuff.
