1 In a small skillet, heat 1 tbsp of the oil over medium heat. 2 Cook shallot 1 minute or until softened. 3 Stir in remaining dressing ingredients; cook until mixture boils and is thick. 4 Cool to room temperature. Whisk in remaining oil. 5 Divide spinach among 4 salad plates. Top with strawberries. 6 Drizzle with dressing and top with almonds.
