Ingredients
1 butter flavored cooking spray
1 cup fresh strawberries , quartered, washed, hulled
2 tsp cornstarch (dissolved in 2 teaspoons water)
2 tsp sugar
1 egg whites
0.12 tsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp liquid egg substitute


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray the soufflé dishes with the cooking spray.
2 Place the strawberries in a blender and process until only a few pieces of fruit are left in the mixture. Pour the fruit into a nonstick saucepan. Mix in the cornstarch and sugar.
3 Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
4 Put the egg white and cream of tartar in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until stiff.
5 Slowly stir the egg substitute into the fruit. Add 1/4 of the egg white mixture into the fruit and stir to mix. Fold in the remaining egg white mixture.
6 Separate the mixture into the soufflé dishes. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Additional Information
Try using 2 teaspoons of Splenda.
