Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Mix the margarine, brown sugar, and pretzels and press into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes then let cool.
3 Meanwhile, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water, stirring until dissolve, and add the strawberry slices.
4 Let it cool in the refrigerator until the gelatin begins to set.
5 In a small bowl beat the cream cheese with the sugar.
6 Prepare the whipped topping according to the package directions, substituting skim milk, and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
7 Spread over the cooled crust, and pour the semi-firm gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer.
8 Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until congealed.
