1 Put the gelatin and boiling water in a bowl. Use an electric mixer for about 2 minutes or until the gelatin has dissolved. Mix in the ice cubes and continuously stir until the gelatin begins to set. 2 While gently beating the gelatin with an electric mixer, add in the ice cream 1 tablespoon at a time. Once all of the ice cream is in the bowl, beat for 30 seconds. Freeze for 10 minutes to 1 hour. 3 Separate into 4 bowls and place a strawberry on top.
