Directions
1 Make an apple pie spice blend by combining the cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cardamom together. Reserve a pinch of the blend for garnish.
2 Add milk, applesauce, raisins, fructose, and spice blend in a pot; heat and let boil. Mix rice into pot.
3 Place lid over pot and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, most liquid should be evaporated. Serve mixture warm or cold with a pinch of apple pie spice sprinkled over top.
Additional Information
Serve whipped topping over this. Switch up the fruit for variety.
