Ingredients
2 tbsp unsalted butter (or margarine)
0.25 cup shallots, chopped , minced
8 oz button mushrooms , trimmed and cut into quarters
4 oz fresh shiitake mushrooms , stems removed and caps cut into 1 inch thick wedges
4 oz Mushrooms, oyster, fresh, small , cut in half
0.25 tsp salt
0.12 tsp black pepper
0.12 tsp ground thyme
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley


Directions
1 Melt butter over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add shallots and cook for 1 minute.
2 Stir in all of the mushrooms, salt, pepper, and thyme. Sauté until mushrooms are tender and liquid has evaporated, about 8 minutes.
3 Stir in garlic and parsley; cook for another minute and serve.
