1 Melt butter over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add shallots and cook for 1 minute. 2 Stir in all of the mushrooms, salt, pepper, and thyme. Sauté until mushrooms are tender and liquid has evaporated, about 8 minutes. 3 Stir in garlic and parsley; cook for another minute and serve.
