Directions
1 Trim tough ends of asparagus and diagonally cut into 2" pieces.
2 Coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat oil over medium high until hot.
3 Add asparagus and sauté 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
4 Slowly add 1/4 cup broth, cover, and cook until asparagus is tender crisp, about 4 minutes.
5 In separate cup or bowl, mix remaining 1/4 cup of broth, cornstarch, sugar, and soy sauce, stirring until smooth.
6 Slowly pour into asparagus. Bring to boil, stirring continuously and cooking for 1 minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
Additional Information
Olive oil can be substituted for peanut oil.
