Ingredients
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
28 oz canned artichokes hearts, drained , quartered
0.12 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
3 medium garlic cloves , sliced thin
0.5 tsp salt
1 medium lemons , cut into 6 wedges


Directions
1 In a large nonstick pan, heat the oil over medium high heat and sauté the artichokes and red pepper until starting to brown, about 4 minutes, stir occasionally.
2 Stir in the garlic and salt and sauté until garlic is brown, another 2-3 minutes. Serve with lemon.
Additional Information
If you pat the artichokes dry with paper towels before stir frying they will brown, otherwise they will just steam from the liquid.
