1 Cut tofu into small cubes and brown in oil, using a non-stick skillet. 2 Combine remaining ingredients and pour over tofu. 3 Simmer until all the liquid is absorbed. Correct seasoning to taste.
Additional Information
Add 1 tbsp chicken or vegetable soup powder to the skillet for added flavor, if desired.
