3 fresh green onions , minced
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp fresh ginger root , grated
1 tsp sesame oil , dark
0.5 tsp hot red pepper flakes
3 medium garlic cloves , minced and divided
1 lb extra lean top round steak , thinly sliced
2 tsp vegetable oil , divided
8 oz broccoli slaw
1.5 cup snow peas
1 small red bell peppers , cut into thin strips
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds , toasted
2 cup cooked long grain brown rice , or jasmine rice (optional)


Directions
1 In large resealable bag, combine green onions, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper, and 2 garlic cloves. Add beef. Seal the bag and turn to coat. Chill 30 minutes.
2 In large skillet or wok, over medium-high, heat vegetable oil. Add remaining garlic clove and sauté 1 minute, stirring frequently.
3 Add beef and stir fry 5-10 minutes.
4 Remove beef from pan and keep warm.
5 Add remaining vegetable oil to wok and heat over medium high. Add slaw mix, snow peas, and bell pepper and cook 5-7 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender
6 Add hoisin sauce. Add beef back to wok. Cook 2-3 more minutes until thoroughly heated.
7 Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice or cellophane noodles, if desired.
