Servings
Ingredients
24 oz sea bass fillet (6-4 oz. pieces)
0.75 tsp salt , to taste (optional)
0.25 tsp white pepper (or black)
1 tbsp fresh basil , chopped (or parsley)
0.5 cup fresh broccoli florets , thinly sliced
0.5 cup fresh mushroom slices
0.5 cup sliced summer squash
1 tbsp butter
1 cooking spray
1 fresh lemons , cut into 6 wedges

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450°F.
2 Tear off enough heavy-duty aluminum foil to hold all ingredients comfortably (about 2 feet long). Coat foil with cooking spray.
3 Place fish in center of foil, sprinkle with half each of salt, pepper, and basil or parsley.
4 Top with broccoli, mushrooms, and squash. Sprinkle with remaining salt, pepper, and basil or parsley. Dot with pieces of butter.
5 Bring together long sides of foil and fold down tightly over fish. Fold up short sides of foil to complete packet.
6 Place packet on baking sheet and bake until fish is opaque, 18 - 20 minutes.
