1 Preheat oven to 450°F. 2 Tear off enough heavy-duty aluminum foil to hold all ingredients comfortably (about 2 feet long). Coat foil with cooking spray. 3 Place fish in center of foil, sprinkle with half each of salt, pepper, and basil or parsley. 4 Top with broccoli, mushrooms, and squash. Sprinkle with remaining salt, pepper, and basil or parsley. Dot with pieces of butter. 5 Bring together long sides of foil and fold down tightly over fish. Fold up short sides of foil to complete packet.
6 Place packet on baking sheet and bake until fish is opaque, 18 - 20 minutes.
