1 Add green onions, orange juice, ginger, sake, fish sauce, lemon grass, oil, pepper, salt, and white pepper to a shallow baking pan. Let fish marinate in mixture in refrigerator 2 hours, flipping a few times. 2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 3 Bake fish in marinade 17 minutes or until flaky. Top fish with bell peppers and cilantro.
