Ingredients
0.75 cup fresh chopped green onion , thinly sliced
0.25 cup orange juice
3 tbsp fresh ginger root , peeled and minced
2 tbsp Chinese rice wine (sake)
1.5 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp fresh lemongrass , peeled and finely chopped
0.5 tsp sesame oil , dark
0.5 tsp red hot chile peppers, chopped , finely
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp white pepper
4 trout fillet, raw (6-ounces each)
0.25 cup red bell peppers, sliced , cut into 1/8-inch strips
6 cilantro sprigs


Directions
1 Add green onions, orange juice, ginger, sake, fish sauce, lemon grass, oil, pepper, salt, and white pepper to a shallow baking pan. Let fish marinate in mixture in refrigerator 2 hours, flipping a few times.
2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
3 Bake fish in marinade 17 minutes or until flaky. Top fish with bell peppers and cilantro.
Additional Information
Use any firm white fish for this dish.
