Directions
1 Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Cook the beef for 4 minutes then flip over and cook for another 4 minutes.
2 Mix the water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.
3 Once the beef is done cooking, set aside and add the sauce mixture to the pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
4 Cut the beef into thin slices and pour the sauce on top.
Additional Information
Try serving with 2/3 cup cooked brown rice.
