Directions
1 Cut off any excess fat from the flank steak. Slice the steak into thin strips (about ½-inch wide).
2 In a shallow dish, mix together the beef consomme, red wine, soy sauce, lime juice, honey and garlic.
3 Add the flank steak strips and marinate for several hours or overnight if time permits.
4 When ready to serve, thread the streak strips onto wooden skewers and grill for 5-10 minutes.
