Ingredients
1.5 lb Beef, top sirloin steak, raw , boneless
0.5 cup port wine
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 medium garlic cloves , crushed
3 tbsp fresh thyme , minced


Directions
1 Trim all visible fat from steak.
2 In large, resealable plastic bag, combine wine, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic, and thyme.
3 Add steak, seal bag, gently rotate to coat well. Place in refrigerator for 8 hours, turning bag from time to time.
4 Heat grill to medium-high.
5 Remove steak from marinade and place marinade into small pot. Bring to boil and cook until reduced to 1/4 cup.
6 Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Add steak, brush on 1/2 reduced marinade.
7 Cover and cook 5 minutes per side (for medium-rare), brushing on remaining marinade when turning.
8 Allow steak to rest 5 minutes before slicing.
9 Cut across grain into thin slices and serve.
