Directions
1 Preheat the broiler and spray with the cooking spray.
2 Season the steak on all sides with the lemon pepper seasoning. Broil for 2 minutes then turn over and broil for an additional 2 minutes.
3 Put the lettuce, croutons, dressing, and tomatoes in a salad bowl and toss to mix. Divide onto two plates.
4 Transfer the steak onto a cutting board and cut into thin slices. Place the steak strips on top of the lettuce.

You can make this recipe with chicken as well.
