Ingredients
12 oz fat free cream cheese , softened
5 tbsp Salad Dressing, vinegar, balsamic , divided (or sweet-sour salad dressing)
1 whole wheat lavosh (or cracker bread)
2 cup fresh chopped spinach
1 cup fresh mushroom slices
0.5 cup red onion, sliced
2 large hard-boiled eggs , sliced
1 oz bacon bits (or all vegetable bacon bits)


Directions
1 Combine cream cheese with 2 tablespoons salad dressing. Spoon mixture evenly over lavosh. Arrange spinach, mushrooms, onion, eggs, and bacon bits over cream cheese mixture.
2 Chill for up to 1 hour or serve immediately. Spoon the rest of the dressing overtop just before serving.
Additional Information
Any salad dressing, French, honey Dijon, blue cheese, are great choices.
