Ingredients
10 oz Spinach, frozen , thawed and chopped (or broccoli)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.5 oz fresh mint , minced
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
1 pinch black pepper , freshly ground (or to taste)


Directions
1 Let the packaged spinach defrost. Once defrosted, drain all the water until spinach is completely dry.
2 Add all ingredients to the spinach and mix together. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with bread, crackers, vegetables, pita wedges, or breadsticks.
Additional Information
You can make this dip with broccoli as well.
