Ingredients
1 cup pasta shells , cooked according to package directions and drained (or elbow macaroni)
1 lb cooked shrimp , thawed if frozen (or 1 pound cooked deli shrimp)
1 cup chopped red bell peppers
0.33 cup Salad Dressing, caesar, creamy (or creamy onion salad dressing)
2 tbsp fresh dill weed , snipped (optional)
0.25 tsp salt
0.12 tsp black pepper
6 oz fresh baby spinach
4 oz goat cheese , sliced (or crumbled feta cheese)

Directions
1 Combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, and sweet pepper in an extra large bowl, and then drizzle with salad dressing.
2 Sprinkle with dill (if desired), salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
3 Divide spinach among six dinner plates, and then top with shrimp mixture and cheese.
Additional Information
If you do not want to take on the difficult task of chopping up the sweet pepper, simply buy some chopped sweet pepper from the salad bar at the supermarket.
