Servings
Ingredients
3 cup cold water
14 floz low sodium chicken broth
10.75 oz Soup, cream of chicken, condensed, canned
0.67 cup Rice, wild, dry , rinsed and drained
0.5 tsp ground thyme , crushed
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 lb skinless cooked turkey breast , chopped (or chicken, 3 cups)
2 cup fresh chopped spinach , shredded


Directions
1 Combine the water, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, uncooked wild rice, thyme, and pepper in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker.
2 Cover and cook for 7 to 8 hours on low setting or for 3 1/2 to 5 hours on high heat setting.
3 To serve, stir in chicken and spinach.
