1 In a food processor or by hand, mix together cilantro, parsley, fennel, cumin, cloves, red pepper, salt, pepper, and ground turkey. Make sure mixture is fully combined. 2 Wrap turkey mixture in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for several hours. 3 Remove turkey from plastic wrap and shape into patties. 4 Cook the patties in a large nonstick skillet 3 to 4 minutes per side or until completely cooked.

Use lean ground beef or pork to make these as well.
