1 Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. Cut fish into four servings. Brush lime juice on top of fish. 2 In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt, ginger, and black pepper; rub onto fish. Arrange fish in a baking pan. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
