Ingredients
1 lb Beef, bottom round outside steak, raw, 0" trim
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 chopped green bell peppers , seeded and sliced into thin rings
1 medium red bell peppers , seeded and sliced into thin rings
1 medium onions , sliced into thin rings
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Remove any visible fat from the steak and cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
2 Place the steak slices on the grill and sprinkle with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Grill for 2 minutes.
3 Add the green and red pepper and the onion slices. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender crisp.
Additional Information
Serve with angel hair pasta.
