1 Cut off stems from mushrooms; chop caps and reserve. 2 Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Saute ginger, chili paste, and garlic for 1 minute. 3 Mix in all mushrooms and cook 3 minutes. 4 Mix in hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and molasses and simmer 1 minute or until sauce becomes thick.

Serve this on its own or over rice, warm, room temperature, or chilled.
