Ingredients
3.5 oz fresh shiitake mushrooms
2 tsp sesame oil , dark
1 tbsp fresh ginger root , minced and peeled
1 tsp chili paste , with garlic
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
8 oz fresh mushrooms , sliced
6 oz fresh portobello mushroom
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp molasses


Directions
1 Cut off stems from mushrooms; chop caps and reserve.
2 Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Saute ginger, chili paste, and garlic for 1 minute.
3 Mix in all mushrooms and cook 3 minutes.
4 Mix in hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and molasses and simmer 1 minute or until sauce becomes thick.
Additional Information
Serve this on its own or over rice, warm, room temperature, or chilled.
