1 Place mushrooms in a large covered container. 2 In a jar, shake together the dressing mix, vinegars, and 1/2 cup of the water. 3 Add remaining 1 1/2 cups water and hot pepper sauce. Shake well and pour over mushrooms. Stir to evenly coat. 4 Add rosemary sprigs, cover, and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally. 5 To serve, transfer mushrooms and some of their marinade to a serving dish.
