1 Place fish in shallow dish. Set aside. 2 In medium bowl, combine lime zest, lime juice, red pepper, and dill weed. Brush over fish. 3 Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. 4 Preheat grill to 400°F. 5 Lightly coat grilling basket with cooking spray. 6 Arrange fish in basket and place on grill rack. Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
