1 In medium frying pan, over medium high, cook garlic in olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir frequently. 2 Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes or until shrimp are fully pink. 3 Add wine. Add parsley and chili flakes. 4 Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently. 5 Season with salt (if desired).
