1 Scrub the potatoes and remove any blemishes. Cut each potato into fries, about 1/2-inch thick and 4 inches in length. 2 Sprinkle the oil and lemon juice over the fries and let stand for 5 minutes. 3 Lightly coat the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. 4 Place the potatoes in the grill widthwise and sprinkle with pepper and seasoned salt. Grill for 7-9 minutes, or until tender.
