1 lb Chicken, ground, raw
2 medium garlic cloves , crushed
1 red hot chile peppers , seeded and finely chopped
0.5 oz fresh mint , chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley , or cilantro
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch salt
4 g Buns, hamburger , optional
4 piece fresh tomato slices , optional
1 tbsp olive oil


Directions
1 Preheat broiler or grill to medium high.
2 In large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, garlic, hot pepper, mint, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt.
3 Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Brush lightly with oil.
4 Broil or grill for 5 minutes per side, until well browned and thoroughly cooked.
5 Serve in hamburger buns with sliced tomatoes.
