1 Preheat broiler or grill to medium high. 2 In large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, garlic, hot pepper, mint, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt. 3 Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Brush lightly with oil. 4 Broil or grill for 5 minutes per side, until well browned and thoroughly cooked. 5 Serve in hamburger buns with sliced tomatoes.
