In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce with paprika and ground red pepper and brush it on the surface of the chicken tenders. 2 Place the chicken on a greased 11x7-inch baking dish, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 3 Bake the chicken uncovered for 15 minutes, or until the center is no longer pink. 4 In a small serving bowl, combine the blue cheese dressing, sour cream, and blue cheese. 5 Garnish the dip if desired, then serve with chicken tenders and sliced bell peppers for dipping.
