Ingredients
1 lb Beef, flank steak, london broil, raw, 0" trim
1 cooking spray
0.33 cup shallots, chopped , sliced
0.25 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp serrano peppers, chopped , sliced (or Thai red chiles)
2 fresh tomatoes , cut into 1/4-inch-thick wedges (about 3/4 pound)


Directions
1 Preheat grill or broiler.
2 Grill steak on a cooking spray coated grill rack 6 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness.
3 Let steak rest. Slice steak diagonally across the grain into 2-inch slices.
4 Toss steak with shallots, cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce, chiles, and tomatoes.
