Ingredients
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp fresh chopped green onion , thinly sliced
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
0.12 oz honey (1/2 tsp)
0.25 tsp sea salt


Directions
1 Using a spice or coffee grinder, process coriander, cumin, and caraway until finely ground.
2 Put spice mixture, turmeric, and red pepper in a frying pan and heat 1 minute or until toasted.
3 Mix spice mixture with yogurt, green onions, lime juice, honey, and salt.
Additional Information
The dip can be prepared in advance and kept chilled. Add the green onions just before serving.
