1 Preheat oven to 325°F. 2 Lightly coat 15" x 10" x 1" baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside. 3 In small bowl, combine egg white and water, mix well. Add nuts and toss to coat. 4 In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over nuts. Mix well. 5 Spread walnut mixture into baking pan and bake 20 minutes. 6 Transfer nuts onto waxed paper to cool. Break into pieces and store in airtight container until ready to use.

One ounce of walnuts equals about 14 shelled walnut halves.
