Ingredients
0.75 cup apple juice
0.5 cup sugar
0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
0.25 tsp ground cloves
12 oz fresh cranberries
0.5 cup golden raisins
0.5 cup chopped pecans


Directions
1 In medium saucepan, mix apple juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves over medium until sugar is dissolved.
2 Add cranberries and raisins. Bring to boil.
3 Lower heat and cook until cranberries pop, stirring constantly, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pecans.
4 Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Additional Information
Orange juice can be substituted for apple juice.
