1 In medium saucepan, mix apple juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves over medium until sugar is dissolved. 2 Add cranberries and raisins. Bring to boil. 3 Lower heat and cook until cranberries pop, stirring constantly, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pecans. 4 Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
